Our Policies
Deposits:
We require a valid credit card number to secure your reservation.
Prior to your arrival we request a credit card authorization
to verify its validity.
In a case of a special event only and/or group reservation
a non-refundable deposit may be required
Payment:
For payment we accept cash or cheques.
Cancellation:
In-Season (May - October) we require at least 4 weeks cancellation
notice either by phone or email.
Off-Season a 72 hours notice is required.
If a cancellation notice is not provided, a full amount
of the reservation will be applied to the credit card.
If a cancellation notice is provided past the cancellation
period, full reservation charge will be applied to the credit
card.
Rates
Published rates on the website are subject to change without
notice.
During conferences or other special events, discounts or
reduce rates are not offered.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and enforced
by the City By- Laws. Smoking, however, is permitted on
the outside decks.
